- Click on the "Enroll Now!" icon below to complete a short Referral Program Enrollment Form and enroll as an Apartment Advocate for your unit.
- Plaza Management will reach out to you and guide you through the marketing process. We will give you all the leasing info associated with the Enrolled Apartment (Asking Rent, Utility Info, Available Marketing Material, etc.) and walk you through the advertising and marketing process.
- Once you have an interested party (Applicant) for the Enrolled Apartment, the application approval process will begin. The Applicant will be asked to complete a Rental Application and pay a non-refundable application fee. Plaza Management will review the application and determine if the Applicant is approved for the apartment.
- The Referral Fee will be paid to the Apartment Advocate within 15 days of lease signing.
