How this Works

  1. Click on the "Enroll Now!" icon below to complete a short Referral Program Enrollment Form and enroll as an Apartment Advocate for your unit.
  2. Plaza Management will reach out to you and guide you through the marketing process. We will give you all the leasing info associated with the Enrolled Apartment (Asking Rent, Utility Info, Available Marketing Material, etc.) and walk you through the advertising and marketing process.
  3. Once you have an interested party (Applicant) for the Enrolled Apartment, the application approval process will begin. The Applicant will be asked to complete a Rental Application and pay a non-refundable application fee. Plaza Management will review the application and determine if the Applicant is approved for the apartment.
  4. The Referral Fee will be paid to the Apartment Advocate within 15 days of lease signing.

Referral Program Eligibility Guidelines

  • In order for you to be eligible to collect a Referral Fee, you need to have been enrolled to the Referral Program before the Applicant submitted a Rental Application to Plaza Management.
  • The Referral Program is for upcoming vacancies only (not for mid-term sublets).
  • In order for a deal to be eligible for the referral program, The New Lease will need to start immediately following the expiration of the current lease.
  • Upcoming Vacant Units can be enrolled in the program until 2 weeks prior to the expiration of the current lease. Once we hit the 2 week prior to expiration cutoff, licensed real estate brokers will get the exclusive listing for the unit and we will no longer recognize you as the Enrolled Apartment Advocate.
